Our firm represents both commercial clients and individuals in civil litigation matters, and we frequent most of the courts in the metropolitan New York area. We often handle Surrogate’s Court litigation between and among family members and are called on to represent litigants in many New York State Supreme Court matters. Litigation is time-consuming, stressful and oftentimes very expensive. We always represent your interests zealously in litigation, but we also strive to meet your needs and tailor case strategy towards reasonable goals. We believe an attorney who charges legal fees in a dispute that far exceed an amount in controversy in a case is not doing his or her job as a “counselor at law.” We will fight for your rights, but we are practical litigators and keep the “big picture” of your life goals in mind when going to bat.
